Delivery

We really are open when you are - we work the hours that restaurants do, so that you can always get hold of us, and even get deliveries in the evening.  Deliveries are usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.  In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will advise you of an alternative delivery date immediately.

We believe in providing a personal service to every one of our customers, so that you will want to come back to us again and again.  We like feedback too, so we can continually improve our service.

Product Range

We stock a wide range of products (all from major reputable suppliers such as Neville UK, Lincat, Nicholl Foil, Gram and Swantex), so you can source everything you need from one place - us!  We update our website regularly with new products, so please call us if you want something you can't see in our online catalogue.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, so that all orders are paid for before despatch.  We can offer monthly credit terms as well if you prefer (subject to credit checks).  If you would like to buy online, payment is by Paypal only.

Carriage and Packing

We are pleased to offer a two day service using ANC at a one off charge of £6.95.  Special Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost, please enquire at sales@restaurantsuppliesltd.co.uk

Returns

Once you have received your goods, if you not be completely satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, we will be happy to offer you an exchange of your choice, or a refund.  Please note that all returns must be received within 21 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition complete with  packaging.  We are unable to refund return postage costs.
